WebshopMate is a product of CYLE, based in Malden, the Netherlands. This policy explains which data we process through webshopmate.com and why.

What data, and why?

When you book a demo or contact us, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, store platform, order volume, your interests and your message. We only use them to answer your request and schedule a demo. The legal basis is your request for contact (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long do we keep it?

Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the retention periods of the contract and the law apply.

Who do we share it with?

We never sell your data. The website and email are hosted by our hosting provider in Europe, acting as a data processor.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. If we start measuring statistics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Email us at info@webshopmate.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your country.
