What happens with a single order.

A customer orders three products on Amazon. One is in your own warehouse, one at your supplier and one is dropshipped.

The order comes in and stock drops on every channel instantly.
Own stock first: the first product goes to your warehouse or your 3PL to be picked.
Supplier: a purchase order is ready for the second product, with the delivery time the customer already saw.
Dropship: the third product goes to the dropshipper automatically, with one click or manually.
Shipping: labels and tracking go back to Amazon. If the customer asks where their parcel is, the agent answers.

Do I need to switch store platforms?

No. WebshopMate connects to your existing store, whether that’s Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento or something else.

I already use ShipBob or another WMS.
